My situation is pretty much the same as everyone else. They have the chutzpah to say that if you hadn't sent a cancellation notice 30 days prior to the end of the three year commitment [installation date], then it automatically renews for another whole year. This is a ridiculous and deceptive and immoral policy. I don't plan on paying it and have already contacted them and said I demand they stop automatic billing to my CC. I contacted credit card and will dispute any charge. I will change CC number and get a new card if they try to bill my CC. I don't care about any of thier stupid threats to send to collection agencies. I'M NOT PAYING THEM A DIME'. I was going to go to small claims court but would be thrilled to be part of a class action lawsuit.
