CELL SPY PROCELL SPY PRO , OWNER JOHN HARKINS RIP OFF, FRAUD, SCAM Newburyport Massachusetts

This company is a complete scam; some one stole my wallet so I was informed from the company to dispute all the transactions which there were only two. I had to file a police report as well, the thieves' charged my debit card $99 to my card from this company, and $793 from Best Buy which did not give me a hassle at all I explained the situation and was refunded almost immediately. I have never been on Cell Spy Pro site until this happened to me their site has a generic look, and if you read the information the site provides you know something is terribly wrong (repeat sentences). The owner (John Harkins) stated on several different occasions through emails which I have saved for legal reasons that his bank stated I was refunded, and then his bank stated I closed out my credit card so I can not be refunded. So I gave him the option of mailing me a check or money order, and he stated I could not be refunded in that fashion. This whole thing started on Feb. 7th, 2009, and he just told me this morning he will not give me a refund because his bank won't allow him to give me one on my new debit card. So, this whole saga has led me to the next step. Don't mess with this company and if you've been scammed by this company email me @ (((REDACTED FOR SECURITY PURPOSES)))yahoo.com.
