I too signed up for a "free dvd, just pay shipping and handling" which was $10 bucks or less. I rec'd a 2nd DVD in the mail a few weeks later and had not contacted or signed up for anything but the initial mailing. Then while checking my bank statement on line - I noticed an entry for $104.95 against my Visa Card that looked like this -
CHECK CRD PURCHASE 05/24 CHARLESRYDER.COM 866-7576021 MI
and May 24th was a few days past the 30 day "refund" period of the initial offer.
The (2) Two DVD's are not worth $25 retail brand new - let alone the $104.95 I was "marketed" out of..
I will not get my money back.
Charles Ryder's website may follow the letter of the law - however sneaky that letter may be. In my opinion -Ryder Marketing Inc. is a ripoff / scam.

Eric or anyone reading this,
Eric has failed to contact us via our internet support site at www.internetsupportsite.com. And has also failed to call us at our 1-866-757-6021 support number.
We do cancel and refund 100% of the people who call us and contact us via our two methods above, and by email. While I don't have all of Eric's information from this email, I can almost guarentee he has already been cancelled and refunded every penny he has asked for.
Charles Ryder's Income Cloner DVD uses an exact step by step process that teaches people how to start and run a successful online business. We have helped thousands of people and have received very little if any complaints from the majority of our customers. If we did not offer a full money back guarentee and actually honor that.. then how can we still be doing business?

I ordered the Free Income Cloner DVD from Charles Ryder where I just paid shipping and handling. The next month I got a second DVD with a charge. I went back to the website where I noticed that it said I would be enrolled in Charles DVD of the Month Club unless I cancelled within 30 days. It was actually in bold regular font right above where you order so anyone should be able to see it. It wasn't at the bottom in fine print at all! So I went to the support site listed right on the website and I got a quick response and they cancelled my membership for me!

any one that wants to get even used the above in title i have alreay turned charles ryder into ic3 which means internet crimes commission you can do the same even though i am not a victim just been reading some of his fraud i dont like to see any one get took charles know that he has ben turned in because i recived a reply from ic3 saying they have recived my complaint and i forwared the reply to him th one in the title will be sent all law enforcement agencies world wide on their data base an i hope this info helps to get even both of these can be filled out on line pass this along to others. ray north east arkanas
