CMD WHOLESALE RIPOFF INCHING CLOSER TO JUSTICE WITH THIS COMPANY Athens Maine

I too have had quite a fiasco with this company. I just wanted to let everyone know that their CURRENT address is 256 Fox Hill Road Athens, ME 04912. This also used to be the address associated with My Web Wholesaler, which was obviously also a scam company.

I have been working with my credit card company to dispute these charges and have them reversed, and it appears that with the overwhelming proof I have to discredit this company I will be able to.

This company has 2 complaints filed against it as CMDWholesale in Delaware, 8 Complaints filed against it in Maine as MyWebWholesaler.com, and 4 complaints filed against in Nevada as MyWebWholesaler.com. All three of these are the SAME COMPANY, and SAME WOMAN.

This must end, now. I know that they are physically at the address in Maine because I JUST sent an item there for a return (which obviously they didn't give me all of my money)

I have tried several attempts to contact the Attorney General in Maine, along with the FTC and the BBB in Maine and nationwide.

These women are rude, and have an interesting way of twisting a story and driving you completely insane with there absolutely false accusations and lies.
We need to work together to make sure that this company is shut down and these women are held accountable for their actions.

I don't just want my money back, I want to see them be punished for causing this stress in people's lives and inflicting this upon us all.

If you paid with a credit card it may not be too late to still dispute the charge and have them do whats called a chargeback. I can even provide you with all of the proof I have gathered on this company.

I'm still working on who best to contact, but I do know that Athens, ME is a small town, and I was actually thinking about trying to figure out who the local news affiliates are out there and see if they have any "Problem Solver" segments in which they might shed some light on this bogus company, and make sure that these women can't just change the name again.
