I first ordered a phone of Dealtree.com thinking it was going to be safe just like any other online store. They seemed legit and all so i gave it a shot, I was buying a phone for my friend because she didnt know hot to use ebay.
So i win the bid and i payed for it using her card. 10 days go by and it should be arriving on that 10th day. Yet nothing arrives, i check out dealtree.com and it says it was shipped on the 24th ( the 10th day it was SUPPOSED to arrive) and for the tracking number it said "invoice canceled"
At first i tryed sending an email. Which stated on their website that i should recieve a reply within one buisness day. So i waited one day, and yet fail to get a reply. These guys are not good at customer service what so ever, They dont even have their customer service phone number on their website.
So i go to yellowpages.com and i found there phone number. Its 1-(949)-305-6600 for those of you that are trying to get that. I called and I asked them, im like "so where is my item, it says invoice canceled whats up with that?" same thing as the last report that i read the customer service guy said "were sorry it has been lost or stolen in our warehouse, you should recieve a full refund of your money, our guy just forgot to send you the email stating why it was canceled" so im like " Wow are you kidding me, you make me go through all this crap 10 days later and I have to contact you, when you still had my money?" So i hung up.
Then afterwards i called my friend and i told her what had happened and she was pretty angry. I would undertsand I was angry myself, How does anyone stay in buisness for that long (2001-2007 by the way) and on this day 6-25-09 I still wonder how they are operating. I reported this because im tired of this company and they should go down.
