Mr. Martin made his pitch that he had buyers in his office, already pre-approved for the amount I had listed with another company. I asked several questions and told him I would, but I had already spent money trying to sale this for my Mother.  He assured me that upon closing if I would send my agreements they would be able to recoup my money.  I said okay then he said the finance Department would call and not for me to say he had a buyer. I said I would not lie.  When that person called I didn't lie and she had Mr. Martin call me back and said I didn't know who the buyer was so technically I didn't know.  Like an idiot I went along stating I wanted them to take out their money at closing.  I was advised that it was against Federal Regulations and had to be handled this way.  I am desperate to dispose of this property because my Mom is now deceased leaving me with bills to pay and fees to pay. 

The 45 to 60 day closing didn't happen and everytime I called I got the same story - "its in the works, the buyer is waiting on some information".  I kept calling and by May was really upset because I was counting on the money for a refinance on my home.  He was extremely rude and basically said that I owed him a written apology or he would just drop the whole matter.  He did not return phone calls as promised and is an excellent liar.  I contacted the President of the company and left a message.  Mr. Martin did return my call but it was the same old song and dance.

When I checked with BBB there was nothing positive or negative.
