Hello, I bought a modem for my computer 3/9/04 and now it does not work, Aol offered to send me a new one free of charge, so I wont cancel my service.

I called HI-TEK to see about returning the broken modem. He said sure bring it in. I took the modem to HI-TEK and he saw I was a black women he told me to take my modem and sit it on top of my new one, cause he was not going to refund me or exchange it for something else.

I told him I wanted to speak to a manger, because I didnt like the way he was talking to me and he told me to get out of his store.

Dont think this is over cause it's not.
