IPowerweb.com Failed to issue a full refund under THEIR specified time frame. Ripoff Phoenix Arizona

This company will make a web site for you if you are working on developing an online business. They DONT tell you that the initial payment to get started is a full years monthly payments. It claims $7.95/month. I signed up, and quickly found out that they charge the full year up front. I immediately cancelled. I then found out through an e mail that they could not verify what I was requestiong simply because I didnt type my needs between 2 specified lines on THEIR e mail form. The 2 lines are down the page where you dont even know they exist. Took me 3 times to finally see what they wanted. Then they replied saying the would issue the refund in 10-15 WORKING days. Well, I got to day 15 and no money. I called and they said we dont know what happened or why, but it would now take at least 2 more days. It is a game to keep YOUR money. Stay away from these jokers. There are plenty of web hosting companies.
