Jim Bower Of Cal Spas ,Xs Spas And Stoves, Not following up on his promises! Lynnwood Washington

Jim Bower of XS Spas and Stoves has been a very hard person to work with. I asked him to please fax me a document weeks ago and as of Halloween, '08, we have not gotten the fax!

I send him an email, left him a voice message, and sent him a fax. This is not the first time he does not show any sense of urgency. I would say that this is about his fifth time.

Whenever I come in to his store, he became very cooperative and finished what I asked him to do.

I will be visiting Jim Bower shortly to see if he will give me that document that I have asked for several times. I will be updating this complaint but boy... For those who will be buying products from Jim needs to be firm with his promises and the what nots.
