I bought a travel/sales package along with a "so-called" money-making website, along with "unlimited" sales training. After 30 days, I would pay $49.95 per month. If I could refer 30 solid sales leads per month for the next 60 days, I could get a $300 commission of each sale. I found that quite difficult and decided to cancel my membership after the recommended 60-70th day of membership; at which time I could at least get my $99 setup fee returned. Now they won't return the fee. All they say is to refer to the website for details on how to make sales. I spoke with a sales rep and he referred me to another sales rep then the owner, Kurt Vesecky, who told me I will definately lose all the money. I explained I wanted to cancel my membership and that my full time schedule didn't leave me any time for sales. all I wanted was my set-up fee returned, as promised.

I thank you for the opportunity to respond to the complaint by Mr. Denair. In his post he first claims that:

 If I could refer 30 solid sales leads per month for the next 60 days, I could get a $300 commission of each sale. This is NOT true.... Each sale pays $250.

He goes on to say "I found that quite difficult and decided to cancel my membership after the recommended 60-70th day of membership; at which time I could at least get my $99 setup fee returned". this is ONLY TRUE if he complied with our terms one of which is that he get us 30 prospects, he did not therefore he was not eligible for a refund.

I did tell him he would lose his money IF he quit.

 Bottom line is Mr. Denair QUIT and expected us to take responsibility for his failure. Tv Travel did everything they said they would do. His site was built, he was assigned a coach, he was given access to multiple ways to advertise for free and yet Mr. Denair found it "too difficult" to continue.
