A friend of mine and I are pissed of how we got paid. My check was as little as $4 for 1 week. Yep thats what you read... $4!!! and on a really good week I made $28.00!!!! Isnt that exciting!!! As you can tell I am being sarcastic. They never told me until last min about the structure of pay. You think your getting $500 for the week but its never guarateed because of this so called cancellation rate. Because my orders didnt go through they took back the money they paid me for 2 weeks prior, therefore there is no guarentee answer of what you will get paid. They didnt tell me about the structure of pay until I saw what my paycheck was.I never signed anything about the structure of pay!!! Nor was there any verbal agreement!! So it was kinda one of those surprises. Im not the only victim. There are alot of people that got ripped off. I know this one guy who had to sell his mac labtop to pay rent. This is just stupid! I am so outraged with this company. I dont need to post the process of hiring because it has been posted many times before. I'm barely living dollar to dollar. In a lil bit I will have some positive cash flow.I left after a month and a half. They convinced me to stay and said things would work out But man If I didnt have money stocked away I would be homeless. Please ask for the structure of pay!!! It is important. One of the biggest reasons this company has the biggest turn overs in southern california. Why do you think they are always posting on craigslist and Monster there is an ad everyday. They say they have 4 positions open every time, they would take 20 new hires everyday if they could. If you were a victim of this company log into this website and file a report, more reports are comming from former co workers my friend and I are encouraging other former co workers to file a report.

dont be such a liar. you definately signed something stating the commission structure, the amount of commission, when you're paid, and what at and t expects. its called the new hire paperwork genius. you fill it out and sign it on your first day. you dont get to work unless you do so. just because you're disgruntled, dont mislead ppl. you say that this company is dishonest? what are you doing now? its not dishonest. you just simply didnt have the brains to read what was but directly in front of you. and it was printed in a large bold font. the nerve of some ppl....sheesh....and again, no. this is not the owner of the company. just an employee who is actually a good sales person with a very low cancellation rate. i get paid unlike shmucks who complain because they dont know what they're doing...go find a job more suitable for you and stop lying on the web about something you just couldnt do.

Take my word for it or waste your time and not get paid. If you got rent to pay and you have other bills dont take this job, they have guys in the company that all live together. Sean the owner had like 7 guys living at his place in the promanade. All of these guys bunch up together to pay rent in a one bedroom apartment. Also Dave Riley the other owner does drugs. I saw him do weed in front of employees. You may have NOW when employees sign the comission structure but you didnt have it when I was there. We all had to get a clearer picture of what are paychecks were when we got em. Jeez why would anyone post anything something like this unless they were very passionate about it!!! The whole picture gets weirder and weirder every time.

ur still so wrong genius...YOU ARENT ALLOWED TO WORK WITH THEIR CLIENTS UNTIL YOU SIGN KNOWING WHAT YOU ARE GOING TO BE PAID....its in the contract. you knew what you were going to make. and if it was that bad, why the heck did you stay for three months. you must have liked your oatmeal and water. you're still being deceptive. dave riley did the mary j with his friends after work. sure they might have worked for him, but when business is done, you're off the clock. u probably joined in too. its just marijuana. everyone and their mom does it. stop being a little prick. just move on. we all get it. THE JOB ISNT FOR EVERYONE. but if it is, u can be successful. sheesh.
