LA Weight Loss Center I had paid for 108 boxes of LA Lites offered by the LA Weight Loss Center, I was off on medical leave. I tried to contact them and found out the center was closed and no forwarding information left for the clients. I found a number on the internet and called they gave me the Franchise Customer Service number but I have left messages and have not received a call back. Durham North Carolina

I have paid for 108 boxes of LA Lites up front, I went to the center for a while and starting having health problems, I called and they said that I could come back after my treatments. I called to talk to someone about getting my money back because of on-going treatments and being advised against a diet plan at this time by my doctor, I also sent a certified letter to the center with my request for my money back and a letter from my doctor, it was at that time I found out they had moved with no forwarding address. I was ripped off because I was never notified of there closing. They owe me right at $600.00. I looked on the internet and found a center in another city, I called they didn't give me any information about the Durham, Cary and Raleigh centers closing, but gave me the franchise customer service number and email address. I have called 1-877-524-3571 many times and only get the answering machine, to leave a message and someone will call me back. I haven't received a call back. The email address is franchisecustomerservice@la-weightloss.com. This company is a scam, I don't recommend anyone joining any of the center, because they might close anytime without any warning.
