Our first mistake was to allow Sales Representative Matthew Digioia into our home. Second mistake was to get involved with this company at all. They have lied and cheated every step of the way. What they explain to you that you are signing and what you are in reality signing is totally different. An "inventory control" paper suddenly turns into a "purchase order", and one "contract" suddenly turns into two, "free gifts" turn into almost $4,000 "purchases" and last but not least, 0% interest, turns into 19.9% interest.

After trying unsuccesfully to settle the whole thing out of court we ended up in mediation. Upon reaching a settlement agreement, LTT, and it's Attorney Ronald S Parsons has repeatedly thumbed their noses at the judicial system by not paying the settlement judgement and even to go so far as to write a bad check to pay off some of the judgement. They are citing "cash flow issues and other pending litigation" as the reason for hiding assets in other bank accounts.

After receiving all documents related to our case, I found that LTT lied over and over again in their answers posed to them by my Attorney. Claiming that I had defaulted on my account (which I did not), and to have tried several times to collect payment from me (they never did). They also claimed to have paid the finance company the total amount due on my account (they did not). I also found that some of the information on my initial "customer information" form had been added after I had signed it, specifically information LTT apparently used to get the financing of my account approved.

So now here I sit putting in yet another call to my Attorney, to call LTT Attorney to find out where my money is. I think the reason LTT rushes to get your in home delivery set up is because they know that once you get your second statement you will find that you have been dupped and they figure that you have no way to fight it. I have been doing some digging and I think that I have found a link between Tony Perchemlian the "President" of LTT and another "gourmet" in home delivery scam in Colorado. I am still working it. I would advise anybody waiting to get their money from these people to do it quick because I smell a bankruptcy in the near future.
