I cancelled my contract with them well within seven day trial period and requested refund of said monies. Received e-mail confirmation of my request and further e-mails with regard to my refund alleging that it was sent on 6/7/07. It is now 6/22/07 and still no refund. Ripoff Chicago Illinois

As stated above, This company is real quick to deduct money from individuals
but apparently unwilling to make good on refunds. There contract states 100% money back guarantee if not satisfied. I am informed that I will only be receiving $123.and change. Yet I paid $193.35 total. This was deducted from my bank account on my debit card. At this date, I still do not have any funds at all from this company. I have a prepaid cel phone and have blown off more time than I care to think about trying to get through to these people. Then when I finally do get a person on the phone I am given a huge runaround about the refund going somewhere else first then to my bank which should only take 5-7 business days. It is now the 22nd of June and this refund was allegedly issued the 7th. I am getting very tired of playing with these folks and would appreciate any help you can give me. I have printout documentation of all e-mails etc. from this company if you need them.
