my dynasty sales Craig Troutman Magazine sale door to door Tampa, Florida

As stated in one of the other complaints, a "chubby" guy calling himself Craig Troutman comes to the door, telling us that he is the son of a neighbor who needs to meet 100 neighbors for a communications class project at a local college (University of Tampa).  He is quite good at his rap, and even when I asked where his parents lived, he gave good explanations as to why he didn't know other neighbors (they are a miliatary family who recently moved here and that he was living close to campus in an apartment).  He told us how he was a "mirror twin" and showed us a pic of him and his brother.  He told us how he was an Eagle scout who, for his project, created a memorial garden in Okinawa.  He went on to explain that he was going to Bath, England in January for six weeks, with his class, to perform a Monty Python play for the BBC.  He even told us that he would play the Black Knight, and then launched into an accented part of the role.  Very good.  It was then that he pulled out a wrinkled brouchure for magazines.  He told us that we could donate the magazines to a local children's hospital, if we didn't want them ourselves.  I thought what the heck, and let him in to fill out an order form, selecting a kids magazine for the hospital.  (Why this all made sense to me, I don't know.)  As he was completing the form, I asked how to pay (cash or check), and how much.  When he said 48.00, I was shocked.  He explained that it was a three year subscription, and that his school group got 34.00 of that toward his England trip.  My wife heard all this and shouted "no way".  At that point the "kid's" demeanor changed.  He got up and walked out, without another word.  I noticed tatoos on his lower legs at that point, and thought it was odd for such a clean cut kid to have those tatoos.  I tried to say good bye, but he stormed off, muttering something.  My wife immediately said that I should look him up on the net.  When I saw the NC posting, I was shocked.
