If you want to pay union dues to the local 277 that even shearch engines can't find you can pay them through National Income, if you want to file a grievence good luck finding them, we could not. If you find a list of benefits that a local 277 member gets please post them here. If you want to hear a bunch of empty promises go listen to one of their huge group interviews that claim to be hiring just a couple of the 40 or so invited.
They have them every week. If you like big stories of huge money listen to the whole story. If you have a brain try counting the number of luxury cars in the parking lot. If you see more than one ask who does the other one belong to. If you see a bunch of young stupid kids driving foreign, non union junk cars and driving 1000-1500 miles per week they are the ones who swallowed the story, hook, line and sinker. Check back next month and the cars will be replaced by the new swallowers.
Leads, and no cold calls they promise every two weeks, if they had them people would stay. Many agents go several months without any leads while at the same time the new agents get leads. Second year agents don't have as much value to the managers as a first year agent. The managers make renewals off the business you wrote before quitting, as the managers quit the co-pilots get their renewals and the pilot at the top of the pyramid keeps the most, he drives the nice car, golfs a lot and is way to busy to talk to you. He is recruiting his next pawn.
They even tell their 1099 contract employees how to advise others to vote for Democrats. Pyramids, multi level marketing and chain letters usually do pretty good until people see what is really going on. I wonder why the NYS Insurance department allows them to advertise in NYS under the name American Income Life out of Texas as American Income who is not licensed in NYS. They have been playing some dirty tricks for a long time under that name and a few others. While they brag about being a union company, the girls in the office cry about earning about minimum wage and they use the cheapest non union copy machines that China can build and break every week.
Wonder why the Xerox union wants nothing to do with them? If you list a resume you will be called by one of their many hiring managers and don't worry they can train anyone to be millionaires or refer you on to your next career. They could care less how many families they hurt in their 3 week interview, brainwash process and laugh out loud as the failures leave with tears in their eyes. They get paid if you write one piece of busines. What goes around comes around, and soon they won't be selling their best part of their program, if you bought from them check your policies carefully, they usually sell 2 policies per program and you can keep both or keep one and cancel one, get some advice and see which part(s) make the most sense to keep or cancel.
