Ms. Mary Ann Feerer is the former owner of Trendy Moda. Ms. Feerer or one of her clerks, it's unclear which, appraised a Juicy Couture Princess Fluffy handbag that I sold to Ella Tsatskin's husband, A. Tsatskin of OGM Inc.

The handbag style appraised was a brand new fall/winter 2006 style. Ms. Feerer's employees at the time, may or may not have ever seen the actual authentic bag. Or, for that matter, any other authentic Juicy Couture handbag. Because at the time the appraisal was made, Trendy Moda did not sell Juicy Couture handbags. Yet, Ms. Feerer allowed her shop to put an appraisal that was guess work, in writing.

Paypal based a refund on the unqualified credentialess guess work appraisal put in writing. And because Ms. Feerer's shop put in writing that the handbag was a fake, Paypal destroyed a $795.00 handbag instead of returning it to me. So they say.

I have spoke with Ms. Feerer. Ms. Feerer has been made aware. She knows that her shop's damning guess work cost me. She knows I am out a $795.00 handbag and that I will have to sue in small claims court to recover my money. I've asked her to help undo the damage her shop caused, to assist me in recovering my loss. I asked her to put the things she told me in writing. That's all I asked of her.

I've gotten no response. To much of an imposition? Doesn't want to get involved or be bothered? Oh how I wish she'd had that attitude when she or one of her clerk's put their guess work into writing.

Mistakes do happen. But if you make a mistake that cost someone trouble grief and money. Have the decency to put yourself out enough to make it right.
