i was trying to rebuild my credit and somehow they got my name and called me to sell me this membership with this credit line of 7500 and i would be able to use 1000 of it in cash withdrawal. i told him at first that i didn't think i would want this membership but he assured me if i didnot like it i could cancel at anytime.

i took the bait and went to the site he gave me and i did not like what i saw so i started emailing for them to cancel and then on the day that they were to take the money out of my account to make sure they had cancelled but i was told that since i authorized this and did not call before that day i would not be granted a refund. i read the article about refunds and it did not say this it said that if i requested a refund and as long as i had not ordered anything against the account they would refund.

so now they have 200.00 of mine and i got nothing in return but a hard time.

Please call Customer Service so we may resolve your complaint. Our department is open Monday thru Friday 10am-5pm eastern standard time. The number was provided along with all the terms and conditions of our program designed to help customers re-establish their credit. This was all explained in detail during your recorded verification process during the enrollment for our Platinum Advantage Merchant Finance Account.

If you call while we are closed or have a high call volume please leave a detailed voicemail including your full name, phone number and the verification number that was given to you during the verification process. A supervisor will return your call within 24 hours provided enough information was given to find your account. Due to the privacy of your account. If we reach a voicemail returning your call we will only leave a short message to return the call.

What part of calling and emailing to cancel do you NOT UNDERSTAND???

They cancelled immediately and money was still stolen from their account.

Why we would they help now when they already said no.

Ma'am we asked for the person to call our company for a reason. We do not provide a service as this person feels our company did. Since we do not have the proper customer information we can not investigate the matter to rectify IF this person is actually OUR customer. Thank you for trying to speak for this person. Yet, please let us do our job. Many companies if you look at ripoffreport.com do not even reply to any complaints against them. WE have over 40,000 customers and reply to every complaint.
