If you were not satisfied with the service you received from any lawyer, you can contact the company to make a complaint. They do investigate complaints against lawyers. Most of the time it's a lack of understanding on what is exactly covered and how it is covered under the membership.
Please contact the company's Customer Service Department when you have a complaint. They are very nice people who take the time to listen and help resolve your issue. If you feel you are being mistreated in any way by a customer service rep, ask to speak to a supervisor. Don't blame the entire company for the way you feel. Start again and contact the company. Be calm, and speak clearly. If the person who enrolled you did something inappropriate, they will terminate their associate agreement. I've seen them do it.
The company does not know there was a problem if you complain here or on any website.
I hope that info helped.
Useful info for anyone taking a look at the membership: READ THE BROCHURE and the contract front and back. That's important to do when you sign any contract. Once you're a member your attorney will read and then explain contracts for you. It doesn't cost extra. The brochure explains in simple language what is covered.
