These Scam artists (and i use the word artists lightly) are a waist of your time, gas and printer paper.
Despite claims of 30-40 k per year, pay is really at best $300.00 after standing out in the cold harassing the public1 for 11 hours, and is 100% commission based pay, with no benefits, reimbursement for gas, no lunch break or reimbursement for lunch, and zero education/skill required.
On your second interview (which you will be offered if you have a heart beat), you are asked to sell crappy make-up off a folding picnic table to people out side a Macy's or Nordstoms and the like. Unless you wanna be that annoying person selling stale girl scout cookies out side a artisan bakery, don't waist your time!!

This company has changed its names many times to avoid rip-off reports like this & has no official info available about itself besides job listings (suspicious for a "marketing" firm); yet the job posting share the same characteristics, and the physical address is always the same (so far): 9387 Ruffin Ct, San Diego, CA 92123. Even the "owner's" Linkedin profile is bear, having only 1 connection that is private... ya, I did my research. They'll ask you to interview with Jason H., better know as Jason Hensgen. The only available info on this guy (I'm sure its a fake name and tittle) is this pathetic excuse for a Linkedin profile http://www.linkedin.com/pub/11/676/692.

I recommend reading the following to have a better idea of what to expect, especially the first one. Be informed and proceed with caution. You'll thank me.

REDLINE EXECUTIVES?? NOT THE ONE I KNOW

AUTHOR: Henry - San Diego (United States of America)

I work for REDLINE EXECUTIVES and everything I have read on rip off reports about this

company is completely RIDICULOUS... Redline has NOTHING TO DO WITH ANY OF THOSE OTHER COMPANIES LISTED IN THIS POST, OR THE OTHER POSTS LISTED. I have heard of cydcor / dsmax and a few of the other companies this person lists, but I don't know why they put Redline's name in the mix with those companies. Its not fair or even credible to tie Redline into it. These people have clearly

never worked at Redline or they would never have posted this. GO TO WWW.FACEBOOK.COM/REDLINEEXECUTIVES, and look at the people that work there... let me know if it looks like they don't like what they do for a living. Now I'm not saying those other companies aren’t shady to be honest I don't know, they may very well be. But what is mentioned in the title has nothing to do with Redline Executives. Everyone that works at Redline loves there job, the atmosphere, the management, their paychecks, and it’s one of the most motivated staff of people I’ve ever met!

The reality is that everything that is mentioned in those posts has no relation and doesn't even slightly resemble what it is that we do at Redline.  It honestly looks like this person just spammed there resume' a million places and confused Redline for one of those other comapnies they spammed.  It doesn't even sound like he went to the interview cause what Redline does is SOOOO different than what is stated.  Once again im not saying, these posts aren't correct, I am just saying that Redline Executives isnt associated with what is being said here.

Let me start with some FACTS

- Redline IS NOT a door to door or business to business company.

- Redline DOES NOT sell any sort of make up or cosmetics products.

- Redline WILL NOT guarantee you 30-40k per year, you can earn it but they will

not guarantee it, it is performance based and the average person makes over

$400 / week... ASK TO SEE THERE PAYSTUB IF YOU GET A 2ND INTERVIEW... the proof

is in the paystub.

- Jason Hensgen is NOT a fake name, I've seen his ID and his PAYSTUB, this guy is soooo legit. He is so motivating, and so real with people... working for his company has literally taught me so much, this guy's a beast! don't take my word for it ask people that work there!

- We get paid every Friday with a real PAYCHECK with a PAYSTUB and taxes come out

- We have a $240 / Month Travel allowance so they reimburse us for gas to and from our events

- We do all our Promotional events at Sites that are paid rent, and set up weeks in advance (it's like working a trade show type of event)

- They will not offer you a 2nd interview if you are not a people person, uncomfortable dealing with the public, are socially awkward, prefer a desk job or office position, have a bad attitude, are super skeptical, or seem lazy. IF SEEMS LIKE YOUR NOT INTERESTED THEY WON"T CALL YOU BACK IN! (why would they waste their time, your clearly not going to do this anyway)

- You must pass a background check to work at Redline (No Felonies)

- The 2nd interview is ONE HOUR!! it IS NOT 8 hours or a full day. You meet a trainer at an event and there are 2 parts to it. Part 1 you observe for 30 mins, Part 2 you sit down for 30 mins and break down hours, pay, advancement, scheduling, and open it to any questions you have.

- The Opportunity to grow is based on QUALIFICATIONS. If you hit the qualifications you get promoted. (I've seen 3 promotions to Assistant management since i've started, and 2 promotions to Location Management in the last 5 months!) *RIVERSIDE *SAN BERNADINO

Let me leave on this, IF YOU LISTEN TO UNEMPLOYED PEOPLE, YOU WILL STAY UNEMPLOYED. I challenge anyone who is applying to Redline to go to the interview TRY YOUR HARDEST to get the job and be invited back. and work there for 2 weeks... if you’re not picking it up or arent performing well and making good money then quit... the worst thing that happens is you end up making a few

hundred bucks and your back at your computer looking for jobs again... let’s be honest for a second, does being unemployed pay very well?? And do most companies pay you for interviews? so is continuing to look for jobs paying your bills? so what do you really have to lose in giving it or any other job a shot if offered? Remember the only way to prove the system wrong is to do it 100% right. and don't just take my word for it, I am one of 40 employees lucky enough and talented enough to be and stay a part of Redline's team.

TO SAVE YOU SOME TIME THOUGH, DO NOT APPLY if you aren’t comfortable with people, are trying to do the least amount of work to make the most amount of money, aren’t comfortable being active, don't like having fun or dealing with people, or are only looking for an office job (*unless they specify office positions are open).

DO APPLY if you are the person who always outworks everyone at your current job but don't get rewarded for it.  DO APPLY if you are a stong communicator with a great attitude. DO APPLY if you like to have fun and meet new people.  DO APPLY if your open to learning something new and want guidance to help you find a new path.

I HOPE THIS HELPS CLEAR THINGS UP!!

*PLEASE IF YOU WROTE THAT POST TAKE REDLINE'S NAME OUT OF THE TITLE* (and Jason's)

REDLINE EXECUTIVES NOT A SCAM

AUTHOR: Angeleyes26 - chula vista (United States of America)

Redline Executives is not a scam. I have worked here nearly two years as an admin/HR. I love the company and working with Jason Hensgen. We at this company are very clear on the positions available, the pay structure and EXACTLY what is involved. We let the individuals know up front it is performance based and we do also let them know as well as show proof that everyone working within our company makes over $400 a week. I think its very silly to write a rip-off report because this company is NOT a rip-off by any means. Jason cares very much about his employees and the individuals around him. Its as simple as this if you work hard it pays off. There is NO selling anything door to door or selling makeup..We are in the sports and automotive industry and we make that very clear as well. So before you read silly rip-off reports do a little more research then mere hear say. People at this company are very legit and work very hard.

Redline Executives is an Oppurtunity

AUTHOR: CrystalJ1592 - (United States of America)

Lol, I mean let's face it Mel. Not everyone is a salesman. Not everyone can have a genuine conversation with any stranger w/o harassing them. Commission is not for everyone either.

Personally, all you have to do is talk to people. Speak to a 100 people a day, an average of 10 are buyers, and there's your paycheck.

Commission? Fuck yeah! It means, I can MAKE my own paycheck. Never have to promise myself to $10-15/hr again. Because I'm worth way more than that. Simple business model:If I work harder, I get paid higher. If I don't, etc. Because if I work my a**off for $10/hr at another job, and the lazy asshole next to me has the same salary as I, then how is that ethical?

If Redline Executives is a scam, than how has it been continuously expanding and increasing in sales over the past 32 years? We have promoted a total of 6 assistant managers in the first 5 months of this year. Redline Executives has been successful despite the economy, while places like General Motors and Best Buy are laying off workers by the thousands. And working for General Motors would be considered a stable career...right?

Now tell me, what business does not rely on sales? Grocery stores, retail, insurance companies, even lawyers? The only difference is, we are a face-to-face retail company. Sales don't come with luck, they come with ability and skill to build impulse and find buyers. This only reinforces the fact that not everyone is sharp enough to take on such a simple task.

I find oppurtunity in this company because in the past 32 years of being in business, Redline Executives has used the same products, system to find buyers, system to teaching and training representatives, system to building and developing teams, qualifications for assistant management, and qualifications for location management. I know that if the person before me can do it, then so can I. Jason Hensgen has contributed 5 years to the business and undoubtedly makes a 6-figure income. How's that for stability?
