ROBERT ANGONA - CARL HAGGERTY - Cash Flow Acquisitions, LLC - MJG Merchant Capital Group, LLC Theft of security closing deposit. Breach of Contract. FRAUDS, THIEVES AND LIARS. New York City New York

Robert Angona and Carl Haggerty are Two common Thiefs. They are liar's, scam artist and complete frauds.  Under the company name of "MJG Merchant Capital Group", they agreed to fund our client company in November of 2008, and again in December of 2008, in writing, with their own written agreement.  They "breached them both".  They continued to lie in person and by telephone for many months promising a NEW date for funding.  They NEVER had the money. 

They did however accept a $5000.00 deposit paid them toward the closing.  Now nearly a year later, they still have not funded the company or paid back the $5000.00 deposit.  They are common criminals and should be in JAIL.  We have sued MJG and these 2 crooks, and have won a judgment against them in NY court, of course they didn't bother to show up because we can document everything we charge,  and we are not finished with them yet.

Now they have opened yet another "funding" business called "CASH FLOW ACQUISITIONS, LLC., 51 E. 42nd Street, New York City.  The site looks like it was put together by my 3 year old, but it proposes to outline their qualifications. DO NOT be fooled, it is the same people from MJG, plus a couple more, just a different banner.

On one of their tabs they have a "support" statement from "Hogoth", praising their site and how wonderful it is.  The problem is "Hogoth" is also operated and associated with the same "Robert Macfarlane" that is listed as a titled person on the CASH FLOW website.  Again........DECEPTION!!!!

Donal Daly, also listed on the new "CASH FLOW ACQUISITIONS" site, just by coinsidence I am sure, is also the same person who introduced ANGONA and HAGGERTY to us in the first place.

We highly recommend you stay away from any business with the names ROBERT ANGONA and CARL HAGGERTY associated with it.  They are both totally without honor or personal character.
