BEWARE RUDE MANAGEMENT and really bad customer service!!!!  As far as I am concerned the customer service they provide is the worst experience of my life. Aside from obviously lacking training they provide to their employees, they never confirm your appointments a day before but more than happy to charge you 50% penalty or have your forfit the service for missing one! I never complained about any service provider in my whole life, but the spa director's (Anastia) response to my complaint was extremely accusatory!  Not to mention she is a know it all and rude.  This is after purchasing a Smart Circle Certificate! I wish I would have read the other reports about the Smart Circle before I went for the service - it's the worst ever!  I'll never set my foot in this establishment ever nor will I buy anything Smart Circle is selling again and will strongly encourage you to do the same!

Smart Circle holders, please read the terms and conditions.

AUTHOR: Spa Constantine - Oak Park (USA)

Smart Circle holders, please read the terms and conditions.

Spa Constantine Day Spas is not affiliated with Smart Circle. They have been hired to promote our spa services by selling highly discounted introductory services at 80% off.The promotion includes 2 thirty  minute massages, 1 thirty minute facial and 1 express pedicure for $39.95.This is for new clients only. The client has the option to upgrade the massages, facial and pedicure to a full hour. The promotion is a really good deal. The terms attached to it are-you can not make all 4 appointments in one day,if you need to reschedule you must call prior to 24 hrs,if not you will forfeit the service that was booked and/or be charged a cancellation fee if you upgraded the service. The technicians book out this time to pamper the clients,it is clearly unfair for people to make appointments and then not call or worse, not show up for the reserved time.Confirmation calls are placed 1 day prior out of courtesy, however it is up to the client to be responsible enough to arrive for the appointment.I am sorry if you feel that this is scam, however it is not.It is actually a phenomenal savings, especially in this economy.

With akk Due respect

AUTHOR: Mr Bad Example - Mystic Islands (United States of America)

The Spa in question is really not to blame here, The Manger was given the boot and an apology offered. Not much more can be done in that regard.

However with all due respect to the spa owner who was enough of a professional to visit this site and face the fire I would offer the following suggestions,

Be more careful when hiring Managers. Some are not cut out to work with the public. Doesn't make them evil, just unsuitable for this type of work.

Secondly be equally diligent in who you select to promote your company!! It is your Capital, Your Blood, Sweat & Tears invested in the Spa, NOT Smart Circle. At best the company has a spotty track record. One need only view a few pages like this to reach an informed decision when selecting a marketing company.

Remember, Smart Circle represents YOU and is an indication of your business acumen. Guard your reputation fiercely for in a personal services business reputation and customer service is all you have and in my opinion entrusting my livelihood to Smart Circle doesn't bode well for your business, Caveat Emptor
