Steven Jones -- Realtor -- Lakeville MN  -also- Steven Burdette Jones

Thinking of using Steve's services to buy or sell a home?  Before you do, here is some insight into his ethics and integrity.

I went to work for Steven in Aug 2003.  Shortly after starting there -- Steve discovered 2 things.

1. I had been released from a Mental Hospital in Jan 2003.

2. My home was paid off.

Knowing #1 above, Steve started a relentless campaign to borrow money.  Not being of sound mind, I agreed.

Over the course of the next 2 years -- I had loaned him $115,000.00+. 

He then filed for Bankruptcy (this was his 2nd Bankruptcy) and got the debt to me, and countless other, discharged.

Bankruptcy Case:  #0733012   Discharge Date 11/20/2007.  Attnorney: Hennen

Since that time, I have strugged to keep this home, never being late on a payment.  I am realizing, though, that I may have to let it go into foreclosure -- my home which was once paid for.

Before you sign a contract with Steve, ask your self -- is the the type of person I want to entrust in buying or selling a home?
