A few years ago I was consulted to give Synergy Pro Consulting $5,350.00.  In exchange they promised in writing that they would help me get a grant for my business.  I have the "Service Contract" which states that they would keep working with me as long as it took to get the grant for me.  well, after they charged my credit card they then informed me that I would have to become a non-profit before I could get any grants.  So fast forward to now I have been working by myself to get this done.  I am now a non-profit and now they will not return my phone calls.  I have had to file for bankruptcy in September 09 and my house is in foreclosure.  I would like my money back.
