Thousand Trails NACO ripoff, breach of contract, dealer puffing Frisco Texas

As per dealer puffing, I was told by a sales person that the cost of membership was high in order to purchase more property for the members and to keep out the undesirables. Since my purchase of my membership, they have closed/sold/gave up lease on five or more properties in California alone. The company has bought other property in the Northwestern States, however, they expect me to pay more for in order to utilize them. My contract stipulates with my membership, I have use of all preserves now and in the future owned and/or operated by Thousand Trails (TT),. Of course I purchased my membership prior to the merger of TT and NACO. Now TT/N has purchase other property called LTR and of course I do not access to them unless I pay more $$$ for them. Thousand Trails also owns other corporations which per my contract I should have access, however, just because TT owns them they are seperate in corporations with diferent laws governing them.
