Tiny Details Company, complete rip-off, will find a way not to pay or return refund Groton New York

I ordered 2 kits from Tiny Details Company, the first one I couldn't make because it was just too hard to do, so I ordered a second one that was easier. After approval I send the completed set to the company for payment on 10/24/2008, also included in the box the first set for a 50% refund.
It is now 12/09/2008 and after several phone calls to the company I still have not received payment for the completed set or payment for my refund. During a call in the beginning of November I was first told they were running behind and I should receive my money shortly. Later on in the month when I inquired again about payment I was first told they didn't receive my package. I then informed receptionist package with label # 01038555749588267526 was delivered on 9/26/2008 at 08:57 am at their confirmed address, at which time she found the package quickly. I was then told she would take it to the inspector and I should be paid promptly, also my request for refund was there and should be taken care of immediately. Well today, 12/09/2008 I called again, same drama, no package at first but then when I had confirmation number it was found, but now today I was told didn't label it correctly for a 50% refund. I know I followed the instructions exactly because I really needed my money refunded. When I demanded my refund and to just pay me a 50% refund for the completed set, she hung up the phone on me. I live on social security disability and have now lost $120, which is a lot of money for me. This company should not be allowed to rip-off people like that
