tvaddicts.tv Theft, dishonesty Internet

I ordered a box set of DVD's from this company in November 2007. They were late in coming at first they claimed to have sent them twice but I had not received them. They then offered me my money back minus the shipping cost. Totally out of order.

I eventuall persisted and they sent my order. The boxes were smashed and more than half the dvd's did not work or were wrongly labelled and I had duplicated episodes. I spoke to them and they offered to replace the boxes and since there were many discs to replace they'd send out a new order.

In March I was told tehy were delayed in getting new discs and the new order sent. It has never arrived and all my emails get bounced back.

I notified the police, but they can't help as its not major crime, well it is when many face the same problem.
