Westgate Resorts ripoff Las Vegas Nevada

I was contacted by a sales rep from the Weatgate Resorts in Las Vegas Nev. They wanted to sell me a 3 Day 2 Night stay in Vegas, all I had to have was A minimum household income and agree to a tour of there new timeshare resort. I explained that I wasn't interested in the timeshare, but that I would do the tour as I was interested in the stay in Vegas as I was thinking about getting married and maybe using this as time for us. They wanted confirmation on the spot and I explained that I could not do this without talking to my fiancee first. They said no problem as I had 14 days to confirm from the time I recieved my pkg. in the mail. Upon recieving the package I had figured out that this wasn,t going to be good for us and decided to send the cancelation notice they supplied in the package to there offices in Florida. I got a call from them that stated I couldn,t cancel as I had 14 days from the time of the original call and not from the time of reciept of the pkg. as stated in our phone conversation. To me this is a breach of contract that they made with me. They came up with the time frames to accomidate me and then went back on there word. This conversation was recorded but they refused to play it back for me so I could point out there error. This goes back to the days of gangters in Las Vegas and what Vegas once stood for. Lying, cheating, stealing, anything to get your money. Why would anyone want to buy a timeshare from a group of people that do business like this is beyond me. My fee for my stay was only 109.00 dollars and is not going to kill me, but it is the principal of a verbal contract and what a decent society is based on. And what a business should represent to it,s customer base. These people are nothing but common hoods.
