Direct TV Fraudulent Charges for Their NFL Ticket and Greenwood Village, Colorado

We have been stolen from by DirecTV.  We supposedly ordered an NFL Sunday Ticket Package on 10/04 that costs $70/mo for 5 months.  No one was home that day (husband had surgery that same day) AND no one here likes football AND it is just the 2 of us. No kids, no visitors, no one has a key to our home.  There is no way in hell that anyone ordered that- not by mistake, not at all.

Also, this new bill shows a never seen before order for a "3 months free" sports package supposedly ordered back in July/2011.  This 3 month free package was NOT on any previous bills-- this is the first bill it showed up on. And, what do you know, they would have started charging us for it starting next month.

They REFUSE to admit it was a mistake on their end-- they REFUSE to remove the charges.
We asked them to see how often we supposedly watched that channel (they can do that easily) and told them it would be zero times. Neither of us watches sports at all.  They refused.

DirecTV has stolen this money from us. I feel very strongly that we could not possibly be alone and we are ready to bring them to the mat on this.  If we did not read our bill each and every month, this would have cost us at least $350 plus whatever the "3 month free" package would have been.
Don't let them get away with this.
