Tried to help 82 year old mom- we were suckered by Direct TV- they lied even about 3 day right to cancell without cost- if the service did not work- it did not work as i repeated to service reps-customer service and head office-their attorneys and billing companies for 2 years now. I did want a working service-the tv was just a bonus but it was a lie too. This company is a joke- every time i see an ad about their customer service i just want to sue them for fraud.

Another victim of DirectTV customer services lies.

You are not alone. However, I have been with them for 12 years and have never had trouble with them until April of this year. It has been a nightmare ever since. They keep adding charges to my account; are very rude and arrogant, and sometimes offensive. The only decent department is the Disconnect department. I don't want to leave them. I just don't want any more lies, unexpected charges. The technical support department is very unsupportive. Who do you believe anymore?
