Dish Network /echostar New receiver was changed 3 times but this time they charged me for the service call instead of ups the receiver like previously Palatine Illinois

Ive had 3 receivers in the last 6 months and every time I call theyve sent me a new one ups or a tech with no charge.This time they wouldnt send me one and charged me for the service call.They did give me a discount on the call because I pay a 6 dollar a month home protechion fee.I ve paid this fee for years so,where does all that money go if there going to send me referbished receivers to begin with when I paid for new.
