We bought a new car that came with Sirius for 6 months. That was great. We then went to a month to month when that 6 months was over. The first month was fine. The second month they charged early but I didn't catch that. Then the 3rd month they charged early again. This time however I did not have enough money in there at the time to cover. This caused me three seperate overdraft fees. Since I had my account in the negative I then had another charge of 30 dollars for being in overdraft that long. None of these charges would have been on there if Siruis had charged me when they were authorized to.
So I contact them and they refused to do anything. Oh well was their attitude. SO I contacted my bank and they said I had t work it out with them.
So I went back to them. I told them to never charge me again. Do not auto bill me EVER on the card that they had on file. To take that card off file. I explicitly told them IN these words that they did not have my authorization to charge my card ever again. Do not charge my card. So what did they do? Charge my card AGAIN. What did they do this month? Charge my card again. I had also told them three seperate times to never charge me again, to cancel my service. NOPE NOTA. STILL have the service and STILL being charged. Now since I am still receiving the services I will let the charges for the service slide. I do NOT want to be charged again though.
They should refund my overdraft fees and the overdraft fee for being IN overdraft over a week because of them. I have NEVER EVER had an overdratfee until Sirius came along. NEVER do business with them EVER.
