Subject: Sirius unethical business practices (automatic renewal)

A year ago I had purchased a vehicle which came with 1 years subscription to SIRIUS satellite radio. When the year was up, I received a phone call from SIRIUS asking if I would like to renew my subscription. After going over the plans, the 3 year service would have been the one I would have gone for if I chose to renew.
"My husband and I would like to think this over before we make a decision on it" were my exact words (It can be confirmed if it was recorded). The very next month I was being billed for $406.72 plus $75.00 activation fee,state taxes,local taxes and now late fee's.

Written on the bill was "We choose not to re-subscribe at this time"which was then signed and sent back.The following month same thing. Again, wrote the same note, signed it and sent it back in along with a letter asking to please correct this billing error.

Numerous phone calls have been made and I have been bounced to their NCO collection agency, spoken with managers and finally Retention (John) which basically told me "I had to pay". There has yet to be a resolution other than their's.

My bills are always paid on time and I have an excellent credit score ( which is what I think they are depending on to collect).This is an unfair and unethical business practice which has left me totally frustated and ticked off!

I am being billed for 3 years (which I have not received yet) and to date they have yet to shut it off! I will no longer tolerate this nonsense and will do whatever it takes to resolve this matter.
