University Of Phoenix Online made our lives miserable for two summers Phoenix Arizona

My husband and I have our theories about University of Phoenix. I am in a Master's program with a 3.5 GPA...spring of 2008 rolls around and all of a sudden I am flunking and the facilitator (I use that term loosely), tells me that I cannot write worthwhile papers, even though I have been writing college papers for the past 3 years. She threatens me and then flunks me, which means I have to come up with more money to retake the class.

I have a financial counselor that I am beginning to wonder if she is real either...her voice sounds just like the academic advisor I had a year prior to that. I know I have to retake the class and I am waiting for a rebate on MY MONEY, (you know the money that we have to borrow), and my family is starving to death. Do you think they care? Not in the least so last summer was a lean summer.

What I find so difficult is that I retook the class with another "facilitator" using the same papers that I had used for the F and got an A. Some honest person at the University of Phoenix mailed me my rebate check for extra funds when the financial counselor happened to be sick so now I am sitting with all of the money. Think I had an advantage...Think again.

This summer rolls around and I am only a few credits away from graduating when I get another "facilitator" or whatever they call themselves that awarded me another F, so I have to retake the class. Gee I wonder how much of a coincidence this is that I have a few extra bucks, plus the tuition went up July 1st, so I will end up paying another $2,000.00 out of my pocket for a degree that I should already have had. I also have some other issues that I am going to pin them on once I get my degree, but for now I am going to finish my degree with the crooks!
