Sensational Designs - Rachel Ellis Hired to make competition suits and did not deliver on contract, after paid in full Atlanta Georgia

I met Rachel Ellis of Sensational Designs in February 2008 at her home to get fitted for and order 2 custom made figure posing suits. I gave her a deposit (1/2 down) and gave her my deadline of May 1. A couple weeks later, she sent me a paypal request for the remainder of the payment. I paid it in full. I touched base with her a few times and all was supposedly well. WHen I tried to confirm my suits would arrive by the deadline, she repeatedly told me that she had already sent them. They did not arrive. For a week after my deadline, I begged her to tell me what happened and asked for my suits. She swore they were already sent. I was flying out for my show at 9am on Wednesday, she swore they were overnighted and would arrive by noon on Friday?? Overnighted Wednesday - and arriving Friday?? I did recieve a package Friday morning, and it only had one of my suits in it. Not the 2 I had ordered. I started corresponding with her again, begging her to just get my other suit sent before my 2nd show the end of May. Same song & dance -"They are on the way" only to never arrive. When I threatened a lawsuit, she overnighted me the 2nd suit. It had about 30 crystals on it and she owed me over 300. Not to mention she repeatedly told me that "it was almost finished, just needed a couple more stones on one breast". I did not receive my suit in time to compete and then I had to send it to another suit maker to finish it before it could even be worn. Rachel would not refund any of my money and called me nasty names (all recorded in emails - as well as all her lies).
