Teri Beattie and Gina Plancarte have failed to make good on their promises of providing hardware and installing over $5000 worth of bedding and window covering, yet they were paid in full almost 6 months ago.

Teri Beattie took measurements of windows and bedding dimensions in November and her employee, Gina Plancarte, sewed draperies, shades and bedding to Teri's specifications. After delivering the goods, it was determined by all that the roman shades and draperies could not be installed as directed by Teri Beattie.

Gina Plancarte then took the shades that needed adjusting back with her to Gilroy, CA. Extra money was paid to allow the shades to be adjusted. It has been months since this incident, and nothing has been returned. My calls to Gina have been met with promises, promises. Promises of bringing homemade tamales with her when she returns the corrected materials. Promises of deliveries on several Sunday nights, which as anyone who has children knows, are not the best nights for ANYTHING, but, nevertheless, I tried to accommodate her because she had my property. Still, 3 consecutive no-shows. She planned a 4th attempt on a Wednesday, but it wouldn't be until after 8 pm so I said no, that's too late.

Followed up with a phonecall to Gilroy, my dime, when I was told, without any hesitation in her voice, "I DON'T GO TO SACRAMENTO ANYMORE."

I paid this woman almost $5000 to do work for me, AND SHE DOESN'T GO TO SACRAMENTO ANYMORE!!!!
The audacity of these people!!
I asked her, then how do you expect me to get my draperies? And she replied, "I don't know, maybe you can come halfway sometime and I meet you."
I was stunned by her arrogance. Forget the installation, she won't even BRING the drapes!! And not one word from Teri Beattie.
This is the caliber of people Teri brings with her to a total home remodel. I am disgusted with them all...
