Joseph D Starcher, owner of www.toprankedsitestoday.com, www.seo-starter.com, www.joestarcher.com, and www.iguanastudios.us, is a major crook that took over 20K from my company to create websites that were professional in appearance and search engine friendly. We paid Joe's company $1k a week for months for website design services and SEO services.
We decided to stop working with Joe after many months because we found that he was unable to deliver on his promises and we were completely unsatisfied with our sites. We fought with Joe for months to get FTP access to sites that we paid for. He deleted our sites and all the files that he had after we had someone do a sites for us and asked him to switch hosting to that person's company. His sites are down as well, but may be up again, so be careful.
Can you delete websites that were paid for in full? Our company advertised those sites heavily through print advertisements and Craig's list postings and our sites are still currently down.
I have receipt of payment for all of the domain names with Godaddy as I bought them all directly. Not knowing enough about how Godaddy works, I gave Joe complete access to my godaddy account and he even went in there and tried to delete my domain names. I am working with Godaddy to fix this mess and they tell me that the issues with the domain names will be resolved in a few days.
