i called adt as the smoke detector wont work and  keeps coming  up on the box and also com. keeps coming up. i called them and they said their is no communication from us to them, so if someone was to break in they wouldnt even know. well they tell us they cant get anyone here for another week and its already been so many days in this week. they are leaving us with no service  and security and yet they send us a bill for a month, which i will not pay as  so much of  this we have no service. please advise.
