My wife and I lived at a residence for over 3 years (1997-2001). Upon moving in to the residence, we signed on with Quantum alarm on a 3 year contract. By the time we moved, the Alarm Company contract had expired, so we owed nothing more. I recently pulled my credit report to find that Anderson Crenshaw & Unscrupulous Associated had placed a collection of $2000 on my credit report. They were very harassing in their phone calls. They refuse to provide a copy of the contract.

Customers are only turned in after all local attempts to rectify the debt have been exhausted. Quantum Alarm gladly provides copies of customers' contracts upon request. Anyone needing additional information can reach Quantum Alarm at the corporate office in Pflugerville.
