On September 29, 2009 I wrote Mr. Brian Johnson, President/CEO of CastleRock Security Inc a certified letter requesting they cancel my service and stop charging my checking account $37.00 per month.

I received a letter from Mr. Johnson stating that they had in fact purchased Pinnacle Security and SAI yet they provided no signed contract and refused to cancel unless I pay an additional $239.44, claiming the remaining balance due until the end of a 36 month contract.

I was never given nor did I ever sign a contract with Pinnacle Security. I only signed an Installed Installation Invoice.
