Firstline Security - ADT Security, TWo people came to my home and ask me as who is your alarm company,I told them Alarm One and they said Alarm one has been changed to first line security and we will be your New company and we offer telephone and Satelite services as a bundle and you will save a lot. I said no thanks and they told me since you have been with the company we will give you a $5.oo . Idaho

Trusting them I signed in two blank places and gave them a cancelled check.They told me they will be back to install a new security monitor device. I ask them what about I have ? The lady says no that one is old. I waited for two weeks and in the mean time the bill came from my alarm company Alarm one with the usual amount. I called Alarm one and ask them you promised a $5.00 discount and to install a new device? The customer service rep was amazed and ask me as who told me ..I explained as what happened and he told me as they were scamers.

After five months I finished my contract and signed a new Contract with Montronics. They installed a new device and after two days I recieved a call from ADT security. I ask them why are you calling me ? ADT rep says there is a digital phone line transition. I said so? She said since you are with us we want to inform you. I said I have never been with you and I am with another company. After three months I recieved another call from ADT again I told them I am not with you please dont call. Finally after a year or more when I get a bounce check warnning from my bank I checked as what is going on.

Then I noticed ADT was taking $44.99 First line was taking 24.99 and montronics was taking 30.99. I went to my bank and ask as how long was this companies were taking money from me? They gave me a year and half long statement and all were taking money. I called ADT and ask why? The person who said he is a supervisor told me we will give you refund but your name is all over the place. Then I called First

line they are not answering. Then I emailed channel 7 on your side and I learn as First line company was a scam. Then I complaint to beraue of investigation in sacramento. The Beraue of investigation send me a contract between "me" and ADT. I respond I have never signed and the copies you mailed me was forgery. Since First line is out of California and since their licens is revoked

what we can do is just to keep the report but regarding ADT you can talk to Attorney general.Before doing that I called ADT and they gave me the name and tellephone number for the Oak land area. He told me he has recieved calls from the main officice and I will do my best to get your money back. After waiting two weeks I called again .He is not answering then I left a message. Since then for almost four months nobody contact me and they have taken more than 1700 from my cheking account and untill December even I filed complaint First line was taking money from my checking. Finaly I have to close my account and open another one. I also have complaint To FTC. Is there any way You can help. Thank you.
