This company took advantage of my elderly aunt who lives alone in Mount Vernon N.Y. They scared her into getting this system and told her one price and then charged her another. She is elderly, doesn't know how to use the system, never used the system. I called and talked to the President he told me he would cancel the account. One year later she gets a collection notice in the mail for this service which she doesn't even know how to use and is living on social security and barely can afford to buy food let alone pay for a security system. The took advantage of her. She is not capable of making these decisions. We are in the process of getting her into a home where she can be monitored so people don't take advantage of her. This company should be ashamed of themselves.
