My name is Mark Dougal. I work for the HR department at Front Line Security. I noticed this report and could not believe that someone would actually say such a thing. I wish they stated their name so that we may help them. It is unfortunate the the ones who complain are the ones who usually turn down every job offered them because it is not conveniently located 1 block from their residence with bankers hours (9am to 5pm)
If you have taken a SORA class with us you would have been hired by us or given job referral assistance. Since I work in HR and deal directly with new hires, I hear all types of reasons why someone can't work a specific shift or specific day. Which is completely fine, not everybody is flexible. But consider the amount of people looking for work in our times. Who do you think will get priority on a open site, someone who is willing to work or someone who already has 2 other jobs and wants to fit a third one in between the hours of 11am and 3pm?
Our HR department is continuously hiring new guards due to the hire turnover ratio in our business. If you have a SORA license already, that is a plus because the company does not have to wait for you to receive your license it order to place you. If you do not then you have to go to through process just like everyone before you.
As a side note, we operate in several states and employ over 750 security officers and 25 administrative staff. I wonder how all these positions where filled? They all must have been scammed into these positions within our company.
