I had HomeTeam security debit their monthly service charges from my bank a/c. I was their customer for nearly 4 years. I terminated their sevices in March of this year (2005). Yet, I found that they are still debiting that amount from my bank a/c. This is after I had done all that was necessary to end my subscription and close my a/c with them.

Well, eventually they did agree to refund the money (it takes 2 weeks and i hope they keep their word). But, be warned that it might happen to you too if you happen to be in the same situation..
