Pinnacle Security -. FORGED MY SIGNATURE ON CONTRACT Orem Utah

On May 8th. 2007 we had Pinnacle Security come to our house to give us an estimate on a home security system. Our house had been robbed that weekend so we decided to call them, while I was at work a sales representative came to the house and spoke to my wife and sold her on the security system by telling her we could cancel the system whenever we wanted due to us renting the property. The problems started May 7th. 2009, I had lost my job and couldn't afford to pay the (monitoring)payment so I called Pinnacle Security to cancel my contract they told me I signed a 3 year contract. I told them I never signed a contract and asked to see it. A few days later I received the contract in the mail only to see that my signature was FORGED 2 times on the service agreement and once on a information schedule sheet. I then sent them a copy of my drives license for signature verification. After 2 weeks no call from Pinnacle so I called the associate I have been dealing with only to be told that the legal department hasn't made a decision yet. On 5/27/09 I received a call from Pinnacle stating that they will not cancel the contract even though the signatures aren't mine. The reason is that my wife signed the information schedule sheet but her name is nowhere on the contracts. I don't believe the Information Schedule sheet is a binding contract on this same contract the sales associate from Pinnacle also forged my signature. Don't use Pinnacle Security.
