Protect America security system - let's put them out of business - READ ON! Round Rock Texas

I was looking for a security system to protect my family at our Fort Worth, Texas residence. I saw an ad for “Protect America – a subsidiary of General Electric” so I thought GE was a respectable company, why not go with Protect America. I was wrong! I have spent hours and hours with their “technical support” trying to get these plastic pieces to work. Not only have they never resolved my complaints, they also would not resolve a complaint I placed with the Better Business Bureau (please check the Better Business Bureau Austin, Texas website to see that Protect America has a C- rating – look at the number of complaints against this company). Not only am I “locked” into a three year agreement, but Protect America Customer Service and Executive escalations threatened to turn my account over to a collections agency as well as mark my credit bureau report. And this plastic security system still beeps loudly at 3:00 A.M. awakening my family.

I strongly encourage you (as I did) to contact Protect America, GE Security Systems as well as General Electric Corporation headquarters. This “security” company should not even be affiliated with General Electric, and I do not want any more people to give this company their business or be suckered into their services. I strongly encourage you to write letters to below entities with your complaints about Protect America. Please let below General Electric executives, officials and Board Members know how Protect America is smearing General Electric's name.
