After I cancelled my contract with Safe Security they told me I would receive a mailed cancellation form, well still waiting. This is what I have been saying about their customer service which is non-existent, never was! I am tired of calling and waiting on hold for all most an hour for some one who does not know. Please find a better security company, you may need to have a good one.
My dealings with the Better Business Bureau is an up hill battle, but they have my complaint, now every please join me!
