UNIVERSAL PROTECTION SERVICES Discriminatory, lying, cheating, back stabing, heartless, coniving and divious company Los Angeles California

Since i have been working for this company i have seen may different things. I started out as a rover and they do not pay for your gas that you use up going to the account, I worked at teh AT&T account since 03-26-08 and i have seen racial issues such as letting blacks go for no apperent reason and if you speak up to the director or supervisor then they try to fire you using lies and tricks.

I have seen discrimination meaning that other officers or supervisors can do something that other officers can not, example:

1. a white officer is always late and get no write up but a black, mexican or any other race would get a write up

2. a supervisor can do several no call no shows and not get a write up or fired for it but a officer can not and get in immediate trouble or fired for it.

They will even write you up on things they make up. They want you to do what they say do and neglect what you have to do and most of the time will not help you especially when it come to religion.

They cheat you of your .50 cents saying that it is uniform allowace but yet u have to pay 50 cent for your uniforms till done.

You can move up in this company and if you ask for additional training , keep waiting because you will get no additional training provided to you even if they say you will.

You can hardly get the Operation manager, Human resources or any other person to contact you when you need them.

Out of my whole working career this has been teh worst company i have worked for.
