I paid $995.00 for a basic training on Real estate investment. The class became a sales pitch to sell you an advance class.

I PAID THEM $11,995.00 for a silver package but it came out that EVERYTHING they said it was a BIG LIE. They give you a book full of photocopies as "marketing manual" and promised you a state of the art software that wil never come, I scheduled classes that day and when call, about two weeks later to enroll and confirm, I found out that the classes do not exist.

They said I had three days to cancel, but those three days are nothing but a legal requirement. Do not fall into that three day "no questions asked" warranty. THEY WILL MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT HAVE THE CHANCE TO CANCEL BEFORE THE THREE DAY BY LYING TO YOU. THEY ARE NOTHING BUT A BUNCH OF CRIMINALS, LYING AND STEALING MONEY FROM PEOPLE, NO WONDER THEY HAVE SOME MUCH MONEY. Shame on Don Burham and his bullsh** speech in the NY Expo, shame on Tim Gorsline leading the seminar, he seemed to be an honest guy with integrity. Shame on the Learning Annex that let those IAI liers to use the name to do bussines.
