OMICS Group, Cancer Science-2012 Organizing Committee How can you hold Cancer Sience 2012 after taking our registration fees away by fraud in CS 2011 Internet

I cannot believe the liar will hold the deceptive conference immediately again. In one of my letters with them, I wrote that "your credit is more important than the registration fees". After reading my story, it will be you to decide whether or not to trust the socalled Cancer Science 2012, and to decide whether or not to attend this socalled conference 2nd World Congress on Cancer Science & Therapy on 9-11 July 2012 Airport Marriott, Philadelphia, USA. 

I've just attended their first conference "International Conference & Exhibition on Cancer Science & Therapy" which was held during 15-17 August 2011 in Las Vegas. What I want to mention is, the organizer Cancer Science 2011 is nothing but a liar!!! It took my wrongly transferred registration fees away and deliberately refused to give me this refund.  

My stories begins, and hope others can get a lesson from it. As a postgraduate student, I got a chance to attend a academic conference to help me better understand my research. Then I searched conferences on the internet and finally chosed this conference Cancer Science 2011 in Las Vegas. Then I registered for this conference as normal procedure with one of my collegues. Firstly, we transfered USD300 per head to the Cancer Science 2011 as registration fees using my visa card. What could not be expected, there was a considerable delay in my collegues registration payment. Then I MADE A BIG MISTAKES! I transferred another USD 300 to the Cancer Science 2011 as they told me. But in the following days, I found my visa account lost USD900, and it means the first transaction of my collegue's registration fees was successful.

Then I sent an E-mail to the Cancer Science 2011 to tell them the fact and wish to take back my extra paid fees. They said we are poster presenter and need to paid for extra USD100 per head and they will take the fees from this money for our two. OK. I agreed with that and then they said they could provide with us "very cheap" accommodation at USD100 per night for us. Because we are not native persons, I agreed again. 

But, about one week before this conference, I found much cheaper accommodation myself, so we decided to cancel the USD100 accommodation booking of Cancer Science 2011. Then I informed them on 12th Augest by mail to cancel our accommodation but no reply was got. Then on 15th, Augest, the date of the conference, the representative lady at the registration desk agreed to give us our $100 refund to my visa account after the conference after checking our information. 
 
But after the conference, when I enquired my fees to Cancer Science 2011, neither the telephone released in its website nor the email cancerscience2011@omicsonline.org can be contacted. Then I got very angry and wrote to them every day to ask for my money. Finally, they gave me a reply, that is their original E-mail letter "Our representative at the registration desk was not informed by
you that the payment was about the accommodation. We have already booked the accommodation for you and you were informed the same.Your intimation to the concerned at desk was important which you have failed to inform the details. Since the issue remains with accommodation which you have not availed and cancelled at the last minute, we cannot help in this matter.Payments for the hotel room were already done. We see that this issue we have done everything possible for your
convenience. Further there is little we can do in this regard." I GOT VERY, VERY ANGRY!!!  I informed them early before the conference date to cancel my accommodation but no reply was got!!! I told the registration lady the fact but they said I did not mentioned that!!! What a liar!!!!!

At last, I reluctantly write to them "We don't think it's our fault totally and it's too late to cancel the hotel partly because you did not deal with our request by mail on time. You at least give us part of the refund. Besides, hope you will not disappoint us at your first conference of Cancer Science. Your credit is more important than the registration fees."
 
This is my story. Till now no reply is got from the liar Cancer Science 2011. Hope all of you can get a lesson from it, and DO NOT attend its second cofenrence at Philadelphia because it is a liar!! The registration link of Cancer Science 2012 is http://omicsonline.org/cancerscience2012/
